Warzone vs Blackout

Call of Duty’s Warzone has been a massive introduction to the Battle Royale genre, but many avid Call of Duty players know that it isn’t the first Entry for Call of Duty. In fact, Call of Duty Black Ops 4: Blackout had the first true Battle Royale entry by Activision.

Warzone is arguably heads and shoulders above the previous title, but let’s look at a few key differences in Warzone vs Blackout.

Zombies: Surprisingly, Blackout actually had zombies at release, within a set part of the map known as Asylum. As of the time of this writing, Warzone is yet to release zombies in Verdansk.

Boats: Blackout launched with boat support as well , allowing you to quickly and easily make an escape through land or sea. Warzone is yet to release any sea vehicles at this time.

Loadouts: Warzone launched with the ability to call in loudouts for your custom weapons. This functionality is not available in Blackout.

Blackout was by no means a bad title, but appeared to be a test run of the Battle Royale setting for the Call of Duty franchise. While many other graphical and technical details exist in comparing warzone vs blackout, both are incredibly fun, quick and fast paced titles for the franchise.
